Chris Brown finished his court-mandated anger-management classes in December 2010, but the “Turn Up the Music” singer might need a refresher course.
According to the New York Post, the 23-year-old’s famous temper didn’t do him any favors at a Las Vegas hot spot the night before the Billboard Music Awards.
