Chris Brown finished his court-mandated anger-management classes in December 2010, but the “Turn Up the Music” singer might need a refresher course.

According to the New York Post, the 23-year-old’s famous temper didn’t do him any favors at a Las Vegas hot spot the night before the Billboard Music Awards.

Witnesses told the paper that Brown spent Saturday night at Haze at Aria trying to charm a group of young women and buying them multiple bottles of Champagne, but became “visibly upset” when the women moved on to the next table…
